How many people died during the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge? - how many people died in 2009 from misdiagnosis

I was trying to find out how many people died during the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge, but keeps saying that 11 people from 10 to more people? mean that 21 per track or is it only 11?
