Maternity Leave in the state of NY? - ny state maternity leave
I live in Westchester County and work in Manhattan, New York, Department of Human Resources informed me that it simply did not have maternity leave and it can only be 12 weeks of unpaid leave.
Woking, I keep them in business for 2 years. The parent company in Italy.
Is it legal that they do not have to paid maternity leave?
