Cheapest way to do hard wood floors? - reclaimed wood flooring

My mother opened a small business, which is about 300 square meters (20x15). It needs major renovation. This will be my first real design project (I am) a student of interior design, but I need some help.

We are very close to the money and wanted the best way to know plants. We want to wood, especially processed or make bamboo. I'm going to Craig's List and others are trying, but I need more ideas please.
